All employees are welcomed on board with a holiday entitlement which will increase with their length of service.
Dependent upon their role, eligible permanent employees will be part of the bonus scheme or the Manufacturing Incentive Scheme.

Learning and development

Supporting your health, safety and wellbeing
There’s no doubt we do the right thing when it comes to Health and Safety – they’re our main priorities. All our teams are engaged to ensure everyone gets home safe every night. In fact, we do all the things you’d expect from a business like ours.
All members have free access to our third party award winning EAP service that is available 24/7, 365 to give compassionate support to our people, whatever challenges they face. But more than that, we really care about our members.
We recognise that there is a huge demand for permanent roles that offer flexible working options. Due to the nature of many of our roles we often need our members to work fixed hours in a fixed location. But where possible we’ll support the individual and unique requirements of our members.
